About Us: Home Saunas, Cold Plunges & Red Light Therapy

Welcome to Xhale Recovery. We believe recovery should be part of everyday life, not something saved for spas, gyms or wellness retreats. That's why we bring premium home saunas, cold plunge tubs and red light therapy devices to homes and businesses across the United States.

Our Story: Founded by Joshua Asante

Xhale Recovery was founded by Joshua Asante. With a sports background and a love of boxing and soccer, Joshua has always been passionate about wellness and muscle recovery. He started Xhale Recovery to make premium recovery equipment available to everyone: everyday individuals, athletes, businesses and the entertainment world, so they can recover better and feel their best.

Our Mission and Values

Our mission is to help you create a recovery space that fits your home, your routine and your budget. Everything we do is guided by a few simple values:

• Quality first: we select saunas, cold plunges and red light therapy products built from proven materials like Canadian hemlock, fir and spruce, with low EMF heating and clear specifications.
• Honest information: sizes, power requirements and features are listed plainly, so you know exactly what fits your space before you buy.
• Fair pricing: free shipping across the US and a price match guarantee on identical products.
• Real support: our team is here to help you choose, order and set up with confidence.

Home Saunas, Cold Plunges and Red Light Therapy, Your Way

Every recovery routine looks different. Choose from infrared saunas that plug into a standard outlet, outdoor saunas and traditional saunas for the backyard, portable steam saunas, insulated cold plunge and ice bath tubs, and red light therapy panels, mats and face masks.

For Athletes, Gyms and Wellness Businesses

Alongside home customers, we supply athletes, gyms, hotels and wellness spaces. If you're buying for a business or need several units, contact our team for help with your order.
