At Xhale Recovery, we work hard to provide competitive prices on premium wellness and recovery equipment.
If you find an identical product advertised for a lower price by an eligible authorized online retailer, let us know and we will do our best to match the eligible competitor's price.
For eligible products priced over $2,000, we may beat the competitor's qualifying price by an additional $50.
To request a price match, you must provide proof of the lower advertised price, such as a screenshot, website link, invoice, email, or written quotation that allows us to verify the offer.
Price Match Policy
We want you to feel confident that you're receiving excellent value when purchasing from Xhale Recovery.
To qualify for our Price Match Guarantee:
- The competitor's product must be the exact same brand, model, SKU, size, specifications and condition as the product offered by Xhale Recovery.
- The product must be new and currently in stock with the competitor and available for immediate purchase.
- The competitor must be an authorized retailer of the applicable brand.
- The competitor must be a legitimate U.S. retailer selling directly to customers.
- The competitor's advertised price must be publicly available and verifiable by Xhale Recovery.
- The competitor must be able to ship the product to the same U.S. delivery address.
- The final comparison includes the competitor's applicable product price and shipping/delivery charges. Sales tax is excluded from the comparison.
- Proof of the competitor's offer must be supplied when requesting the price match.
- Xhale Recovery reserves the right to verify the competitor's price, stock status, authorization, shipping costs and other relevant details before approving a match.
Exclusions
Our Price Match Guarantee does not apply to:
- Amazon, eBay, Walmart Marketplace or other third-party marketplace sellers
- Auction websites
- Liquidation or closeout websites
- Used, refurbished, open-box or damaged products
- Clearance or final-sale products
- Pricing errors or misprints
- Membership-only or employee pricing
- Wholesale or trade pricing
- Private or individually negotiated offers that cannot be independently verified
- Manufacturer rebates
- Gift cards or store-credit promotions
- Buy One Get One (BOGO) promotions
- Bundled offers where the individual product price cannot be determined
- Coupon codes or promotional codes unavailable to the general public
- Black Friday, Cyber Monday or similar limited annual promotional events
Certain manufacturer restrictions or additional exclusions may also apply.
After-Purchase Price Match
If you have already purchased an eligible product from Xhale Recovery and subsequently identify a qualifying lower price, contact us as soon as possible with proof of the competitor's offer.
If the request qualifies and is approved, we may refund the eligible price difference to the original payment method.
The competitor's qualifying offer must still be active and verifiable when we review the request.
Products Over $2,000
For eligible products advertised on Xhale Recovery for more than $2,000, we may beat a verified qualifying competitor price by an additional $50.
All standard Price Match requirements and exclusions continue to apply.
Manufacturer Pricing Restrictions
Certain manufacturers establish minimum advertised pricing or other pricing requirements that authorized retailers are required to follow.
Xhale Recovery will comply with applicable manufacturer pricing policies and agreements. As a result, there may be circumstances where we are unable to advertise, match, or beat a particular price.
Approval of Price Match Requests
All Price Match requests are subject to verification and approval by Xhale Recovery.
A Price Match Guarantee does not require Xhale Recovery to complete a transaction at a price that is the result of an obvious pricing error, fraudulent offer, unauthorized seller, or other offer that does not satisfy this policy.
In exceptional circumstances where a proposed price match would result in an unreasonable commercial loss or conflict with manufacturer requirements, Xhale Recovery reserves the right to decline the request.
We will make the final determination regarding eligibility after reviewing the competitor's offer and the conditions of the proposed price match.
How to Request a Price Match
To request a price match, contact us and provide:
- The Xhale Recovery product you wish to purchase
- A link to the competitor's product
- The competitor's advertised price
- A screenshot or other evidence of the offer where appropriate
- Any applicable shipping charges
- Your Xhale Recovery order number if you have already purchased
We will review your request and confirm whether it qualifies.
